Start Creative Gym
for Schools
We support learners from Key Stage 2 through to adulthood, recognising creativity as a vital part of educational engagement and personal development. Our tailored programmes offer schools an inspiring framework for reengaging pupils—especially those needing a confidence boost or alternative learning routes. By integrating hands-on creative challenges and reflective growth activities, we help schools foster curiosity, wellbeing, and a lifelong love of learning.
Key Stage 2
Ages 7 - 11
At this early stage, The Creative Gym is delivered primarily through partnerships with schools. Students engage in daily creative sessions that encourage imaginative thinking, problem-solving, and positive approaches to their schoolwork.
In addition to regular activities, we offer in-school creative events-hands-on, engaging experiences where our team visits and runs themed workshops, boosting excitement and deepening creative exploration.

Key Stage 3
Ages 11 - 14
As students transition into more structured learning, The Creative Gym begins to align with elements of the school curriculum. Sessions support creative confidence and begin introducing techniques for applying creative thinking across subjects.
This stage is particularly effective as a re-engagement tool for students who may be struggling with motivation, attention, or mental health- offering a constructive, enjoyable outlet that reconnects them with learning.
Key Stage 4
Ages 14 - 16
With a stronger academic focus, our Key Stage 4 program is tailored to support students preparing for their GCSEs or equivalent qualifications. Here, creative tools are used not just for artistic expression, but also to develop problem-solving strategies, study motivation, and mental resilience.
Whether through curriculum support or re-engagement pathways, the course helps students manage stress and stay connected to their personal growth.

Key Stage 5
Ages 16 - 18
In post-16 education, The Creative Gym encourages greater independence. Sessions are designed to help students explore identity, build self-awareness, and develop the creative mindset needed for both academic and personal growth.
These sessions promote self-directed work, creative risk-taking, and reflection- ideal for students preparing for further education or the world of work.
Adult
Adult Learning (University & Workplace)
For adults, The Creative Gym becomes a flexible tool for both personal and professional development. In university settings or workplace programs, the course can help enhance creative problem-solving, support mental wellbeing, and provide a structured outlet for personal projects.
Whether as a pathway to turning creativity into a career or simply a form of relaxation and accountability, these sessions foster innovation, mindfulness, and balance in busy adult lives.
